Applying Scholarships

Send your Conference Director and Lisa Cristea ([email protected]) the scholarship amounts you are giving to students before camp. Please utilize the Excel sheet posted below. Your camp director or Lisa will apply those in the Active registration system so those students can pay the appropriate balance that they owe. Funds will be transferred from scholarship accounts to the RMR Camp Accounts after camp has finished.

- Supplies (up to $5 per student)
- Clear the fields for "field cost center", "fund" and "region".
- Search for "IV West" in "Cost Center"
- Select "IV West Conferences"
- The fund and region should auto populate for Western US Line.
- Fill out the expense reports with the appropriate expenses. In the memo line of your expenses please put the dates of your week of camp.

- Travel Meals
- Parking, if you choose to park at the dock

We recommend that students do not receive a scholarship for the full amount of camp. Paying the $77 deposit helps the student to have ownership. But if you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact your week's camp director to work on this.
